Facebook Ads that contain more than 20% text to image ratio, will have lower reach.
The best way of checking your artwork before uploading it to Facebook is to use their grid tool. Upload your image here and it will immediately tell you whether there is more than 20% text or not. If your ad comply to this regulation, it will run normally.
A simple alignment adjustment or re-sizing of font, or even reducing the number of words (which in itself has it’s own benefits to being more snappy and to the point), can be all that is required.

- Remember to keep the advert headlines punchy
- Ensure the advert is informative so that it is clear what you are advertising
- Tell people what you want them to do
